These non-toxic crayons are made in the Garraf region of Spain using beeswax, carnauba wax, soy wax and natural plant and earth pigments. They are made in small batches and are carved by hand, one by one, each crayon is unique in its color and shape. The set of 10 crayons comes with a roll-up canvas case and a small card explaining which pigments were used to produce their color.
Care instructions: The plant pigments used in the crayons are sensitive to UV rays and will change over time. Please store them in a cool and dark place when not using them to help preserve their depth of color.
All materials are sourced carefully, the waxes are produced ethically in Europe, the earth pigments come from a producer in the south of France and plant pigments are made by a producer in Spain. They melt, mix, pour, carve and package each crayon themselves and the cases are made ethically in Barcelona using deadstock canvas fabric.
